Reading the Sign-In Form
Three tabs sit above the form, each standing for a separate way into the account. Switching a tab swaps the field underneath it. The password box, on the other hand, stays the same no matter which tab is active.
What Sets the Three Tabs Apart
- Phone
- The number entered at registration; Turkish lines start with +90.
- The address verified when the account was first opened.
- Account ID
- The identifier assigned after signup, useful once phone or email is no longer reachable.
The Order for Signing In
A tab is chosen first, then its matching field is filled in — number, address or account ID. Typing the password comes next, with the eye icon available to check it, and pressing Log in finishes the process.
What Usually Blocks Sign-In
- A forgotten password is handled through the Forgot your password? link.
- The password field distinguishes upper and lower case, so keyboard language matters.
- The country code is pre-filled, so the phone number should be typed without it.
- A problem that persists can be raised through the support icon in the top right.
Questions About Signing In
Where does the account ID show up?
It appears on the profile page as soon as registration finishes. If it is out of reach, signing in by phone or email and opening the profile reveals it.
Is the password changeable later?
Yes, the Forgot your password? link opens the reset flow. As soon as a new password is set, the previous one no longer works.
What happens without an existing account?
The Sign up link below the form leads to registration. Setting one up by phone or email takes only a few minutes.
